Upcoming Community Meetings
There will be three important meetings held in November at the Red Earth Arts Precinct in Karratha.
Schedule of meetings as follows:
1. Special General Meeting (In person only)
Date: Monday, 24 November 2025
Time: 8:30am for a 9:30am start
Purpose of the Meeting:
- To review and confirm the minutes of previous meeting
- To consider proposed amendments to the BNTAC Rulebook
- To address other matters of general business
2. Banjima Trustee Removal, Selection and Appointment Meeting (In person and online)
Date: Tuesday, 25 November 2025
Time: Please refer to AET’s meeting notice
3. BNTAC Annual General Meeting (AGM) (In person only)
Date: Wednesday, 26 November 2025
Time: 8:30am for a 9:30am start
Purpose of the Meeting:
- To conduct Director elections
- To present and review financial reports
- To address other matters of general business
Please note that, in accordance with the BNTAC Rulebook, the meetings on Monday and Wednesday will be held in person only. Meeting notices will be issued to all members in the coming weeks.
