BNTAC always aims to support and respect you — our Banjima Members.

We ask that you do the same when you speak to us:

                               

                          Over the phone
Speak to us politely and give us time to answer your questions.
We are here to help you and verbal abuse of our staff does not speed up our process.

                               

                               At our office
Treat our employees fairly and with respect, this will help us find the support that is right for you quickly.

                              

                        At community meetings
Our Staff and other Banjima Members are all there to get positive outcomes for all Banjima People.
Voice your opinion, ask questions, and respect other points of view. 

A huge thank you to the majority of Members for your courtesy over the phone, when visiting our office, and attending our BNTAC meetings.
